Our Programs

From dead stock to doorsteps: how the bridge works

Our core program is simple by design โ€” we remove the friction between companies with surplus clothing and the organizations serving people who need it most.

Company Partnership

We build relationships with clothing brands, manufacturers, and retailers who have dead-stock, overstock, or returned inventory they can no longer sell.

Sorting & Logistics

Donated inventory is collected, sorted by size and category, and prepared for distribution based on the specific needs of receiving organizations.

Community Distribution

Clothing is delivered to charities, emergency shelters, and hospitals across Alameda County that provide direct assistance to people in crisis.

Who receives donations

We partner with organizations already on the front lines of emergency assistance, including:

  • Emergency shelters and transitional housing programs
  • Hospitals serving low-income and uninsured patients
  • Food and clothing banks across Alameda County
  • Disaster relief and crisis-response organizations
Why It Matters

Two problems, one solution

The Waste Problem

Unsold apparel is frequently discarded, incinerated, or landfilled by companies managing excess inventory โ€” a significant and avoidable source of textile waste.

The Need

Families facing housing instability, medical crises, or emergencies often lack access to basic clothing โ€” a need that is easy to overlook but essential to dignity and stability.

Are you a company, charity, or hospital?

If you have surplus clothing to donate, or your organization serves people who need it, we'd love to hear from you.
